Indie Horizon Press publishes and presents serious works across literature, culture, history, public policy and social inquiry. Its editorial centre is in South Australia; its intellectual field extends through India and across the world.

The press works from a simple conviction: important books are not exhausted by the season in which they appear. A publishing house should preserve context, respect the reader’s intelligence and allow evidence, language and argument the space they require.

India occupies a central place in the programme, not as a narrow category but as a multilingual civilisation whose texts, debates and lived traditions belong in sustained conversation with world literature and contemporary public thought. Alongside its own catalogue, the press maintains the Horizon Library and Policy Paper Archive as carefully sourced reading gateways.
